Brandon, Polo, Sugar, Miss D, Yvette, and Oren will make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No Belizean or American shall go hungry. Walk with knives pointed down, use the hand guard on the mandolin, put greens exposed in the cooler for an hour before sealing them in a container...thats where I am. There are many delicacies in the kitchen, and I am far from chef cultured. Kitchen choreography is stunningly raw, for in Belize a pig arrives warm from the Mennonites in an ice cooler and barracuda jaws are bigger then my hand.
