There are dots in California with a population of 18. Around these places I was adorned with impressive colors, nature’s mardi gras. Please drive up the #1. Stop in Cambria and visit Nitt Witt’s Ridge. See elephant seals walk to the redwoods. Behold I’m beginning to think my deepest root is in California. It has grown down to the center of the earth and tied a knot with the seedling rising from somewhere between Big Sur and Santa Barbara. The rest is just far reaching branches.
